Client: Hildegard Braukmann (Premium Cosmetics) Project: Full Commerce Relaunch on Shopware 6

Hildegard Braukmann partnered with Y1 to migrate from Shopware 5 to Shopware 6 and rethink its digital product experience. The goal was long-term scalability, improved UX, and greater autonomy for internal teams.

Y1 restructured navigation and content architecture, introduced a modern design system, and built a future-proof SEO and URL foundation. Performance and usability improved significantly across devices, while flexible CMS components reduced dependency on developers.

On the backend, Sage 100 was integrated via Maniac middleware, enabling automated product data flows, better inventory transparency, and fewer operational errors. A custom “Closed Shop” function ensured stability during peak periods.

The result is a scalable commerce platform with faster time-to-market, lower operational effort, and stronger foundations for growth and relevance.
