CRO principles are integrated early into the UX and UI process to ensure decisions are grounded in real user behavior and business goals. We also continue to explore AI-supported tools for research synthesis, analysis, and content production to increase speed and efficiency.

Silberpuls partnered with asambeauty to evolve a legacy e-commerce setup into a modern, conversion-driven beauty platform. This was a long-term transformation across UX, UI, and design systems, not a one-off redesign.

We reworked all key parts of the customer journey, streamlined navigation, improved PDP clarity, custom checkout etc. and introduced a modular design system used across campaigns and landing pages. The visual language was modernized to reflect a premium beauty brand and to improve mobile usability.

The collaboration delivered measurable value: clearer conversion paths through reduced friction, stronger and more consistent brand perception, faster internal production cycles, and a future-proof UX foundation that enables continuous iteration, product launches and led to higher conversion rates throughout the upper and lower funnel.
