Companies need reliable persona in order to have their campaigns up to date and therefore data should be made usable. Usually, in order to define individual personas, many resources are tied up over a long period of time. The procedure is often lengthy and not always precise. Moreover consumer behaviour changes rapidly nowadays and companies need to keep up with these changes.

We developed an innovative product - the GenAI Persona Generator. It uses generative AI to develop detailed customer personas based on extensive amounts of data (the company's own customer data, but also data from third-party providers can be connected here to enrich your own data set with qualitative information) and behavioural patterns. Compared to traditional methods, it enables in short time precise and dynamic mapping of customer preferences and needs, which can lead to targeted marketing and improved product development.

Based on the data that a company already has from its customers, segmentations can be carried out or existing segments can be expanded. The tool visualizes customer data and provides a targeted insight into the persona. With the help of AI the tool can even provide content to set up a campaign quickly.

This product was developed in collaboration with IBM and yet can be integrated into any technology architecture, large or small.

Demand sensing projects

  • a product development to gain data driven predictions based on third level data such as social data, with various customers such as L'Oréal, Carrefour or Danone. We measured demand in various cases by first creating forecasts and applying algorithms to them, and enriching them with data that was used to determine demand. Dashboards have also been developed so that algorithm performance can be checked in real time and production can be tailored to demand. This meant that the accuracy of the actual demand could be significantly optimised.
